If you’re a new client you’ll need to do some easy paperwork. Don’t forget copies of your ID and Credit Card.
Come on in and check everything out. Give yourselves plenty of time to do a full prep especially if you have a large order.
We strive to make sure every order is complete and in perfect working order, but this is the time to find any issues, ask questions, or make last minute add-ons.
BRING IT BACK
Return time is before 11AM on your return day, unless prior arrangements have been made. Let us know if you are running late.
We’ll check everything in and let you know if there is anything damaged or missing.
We’ll verify availability and send you a quote. If all looks good we’ll lock in your dates.
Get protected. We always recommend insurance. If you don’t have it, we will place a hold on your credit card. And larger orders always require insurance.
* Please list Brainbox Cameras LLC as a loss payee / additional insured and make sure your coverage is adequate for all your rented equipment, and does not have any exclusions for unlocked/unattended vehicles
