If you’re a new client you’ll need to do some easy paperwork. Don’t forget copies of your ID and Credit Card.
PREP & SHIP DAY!
A qualified camera tech will build up and test all your gear and then pack it all securely in hard-sided shipping cases. FedEx will pick it up and rush it to your location.
We will need a waiver from you waiving your right to prep the gear in office. Keep all your boxes and packaging materials for your return shipment, and we’ll email you a return label as well.
Carefully package everything back up how it was received and make note of any damages.
Try to be green and use the same packing material your gear arrived in, and use the return label we sent you.
Come back for your next shoot! We love repeat customers and may be able to get you a loyalty discount.
We’ll verify availability and send you a quote. If all looks good we’ll lock in your dates.
Get protected. We always recommend insurance. If you don’t have it, we will place a hold on your credit card. And larger orders always require insurance.
* Please list Brainbox Cameras as a loss payee / additional insured and make sure your coverage is adequate for all your rented equipment, and does not have any exclusions for unlocked/unattended vehicles
